Welcome to Bell Acres Estates, on Tims Ford Lake in the heart of Winchester, TN 37398, USA.As a Homeowners Association (HOA), we are committed to fostering a safe and vibrant community for all our residents. Our mission is to cultivate a sense of belonging while priortizing the safety and well-being of every member.

Through organized neighborhood events and social gatherings we foster connections and create opportunities for residents to come together, build relationships, and support one another. At Bell Acres Estates, everyone is valued.
Get Involved: Your involvement strengthens our community. We encourage all residents to participate in
shaping the future of Bell Acres Estates. Whether it’s volunteering to run for a position on the HOA board, joining a committee, attending yearly meetings, or volunteering for a community event, your contribution makes a difference! Together, we can continue to build a thriving and neighborly community.
HOA Board Members: Our HOA Board is made up of five (5) members who have donated their time and service and been elected at the yearly community meeting in October of each year. Their term is for one (1) year, January 1st through December 31st. Each years board selects its Architectural Control Committee (ACC) members, consisting of three to five residents who volunteer and donate their time and expertise in reviewing building submissions. Joining the board is a great way to meet your neighbors, bring fresh ideas to our community events and simply serve our community. We encourage all our residents to consider volunteering to serve at least one term on the board. That way we all do our part to keep Bell Acres Estates a wonderful place to live.
